KampSight/K2 Update

11/14/2019 8:15 AM MST - The "63" line is up. The extended outage was cause by multiple problems in the Verizon network over the last two days.
11/12/2019 3:50 PM MST - The "63" line to K1 is down. We are working with Verizon to get the line back up as soon as possible. In the mean time you can still connect to K1 using the 208.46.87.75 line.

12/27/2018 9:14 AM MST - We are currently experiencing sporadic problems with the 208 line. This appears to be a problem with our provider. Please switch to the 63 or 216 lines to access KampSight.
11/14/2018 1:17 PM MST - Planned Emergency Maintenance Starting at 10:30 tonight, card not present credit card processing will be interrupted on K2. The K2 hosting provider has to replace a power distribution unit that affects our Chase Paymentech router.

06/28/2018 4:08 PM MDT - The 216 line is back up, thank you for your patience. The outage was caused by a squirrel (yes a squirrel) chewing through a fiber optic line.

06/07/2018 10:35 AM MDT - Our partners at Axia/Payment Fusion have confirmed that the PIN Pad connectivity issues have been resolved.
06/07/2018 9:52 AM MDT - The entire system is experiencing PIN Pad connectivity issues. Axia/Payment Fusion is working on resolving the problem.

04/27/2018 6:19 PM MDT - The issue appears to be with credit cards keyed into KampSight. If you have the PIN Pad, you can key into it or have the guest swipe. Those seem to be processing. We have no reports of K2 having issues.

We will be doing the final steps of our system upgrade for the K2 production environment.
Tuesday (4/10/18) 10:30pm MST: System upgrades. Estimated downtime 2 hours.
Thanks for your patience. We are doing this now in order to not need to run these processes during peak season.

Yesterday (Sunday, April 8) between 10:30-11:00 AM MT, our hosting provider for K2 had a problem with a network switch which made K2 inaccessible. Almost as quickly as we got the notification K2 was up again. We will work with our vendor to assure this does not happen again.
